Customer Journey Manager · BMW Group
I help bring brand ideas to life — from certified pre-owned campaigns rolled out across global markets to a BMW island inside Fortnite. Seven years across BMW Group, Amazon and agency strategy have taught me where data meets craft, and how good campaigns become good operations.
01 — About
My full-time career technically began at Amazon — a short chapter, but a formative one, arguing with data at e-commerce speed. From there I moved to the agency side, building strategy for one of the world's most demanding automotive brands, before crossing the table. Today I sit inside BMW Group headquarters, where I work on central used-car marketing for global markets and help shape how customer journeys translate from global blueprint to local reality.
That double perspective — agency creativity and headquarters governance — shapes how I work. I've learned what a strong concept needs to survive twelve markets, five stakeholder groups and one budget review — and how to keep the idea intact along the way.
A large part of my day-to-day is classic project management: owning roadmaps, steering agencies, designing processes and keeping international stakeholders aligned through every decision gate — work I enjoy whether or not there's a campaign attached to it.
I also enjoy making AI genuinely useful in day-to-day work: building prompt-driven workflows that have helped change how our department produces, localizes and reports.
Frameworks that turn ambiguous briefs into decisions teams can act on — from target-audience models to full campaign architectures.
Trained in agency strategy, fluent in briefing and steering creative partners so the work stays sharp through production.
Governance, processes and stakeholder alignment across international markets — the unglamorous machinery that makes campaigns land.
Certified in prompt design; hands-on in embedding GenAI into real marketing workflows, not just experiments.
